All metal components we sell are nickel free and therefore comply with the European Nickel Directive (1994) and it's subsequent revisions.  

Making A Purchase.

Please browse and products and place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping basket. When finished, please proceed to checkout, where payment can be made by Paypal.

All payments are processed by Paypal on their secure site, and we never see your payment details.

We can also accept cheques and postal orders by mail, sent to the above address. (Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).If you are paying by cheque or postal order, please enclose a note with your full name and address and the date the order was placed. Payments by post should reach us within 7 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email to indicate we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract will be created when we send you an email to confirm that your goods are ready for dispatch. This is in case any items ordered are out of stock, unavailable or subject to a price change.

Privacy

We do not give your details to any third party other than as part of the order fulfillment process. If you subscribe to our newsletters, we will send you an email no more than once a month. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, please contact us and your details will be removed within 24 hours.

Debit and credit cards are processed securely via Paypal. We do not have access to your financial information.

Products

Many of our products are handmade and can vary in size, colour, shape and pattern.

Products are not suitable for children under the age of six due to small parts.

Delivery/Shipping.

At present Heavenly Beads will only ship orders within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.
